1. We work in accordance with the "Law of Ukraine on Consumer Rights". Exchange and return of any goods purchased on the site is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
2. Exchange and return of goods is carried out if:
- the product has not been used;
- its presentation is preserved;
- preserved consumer properties, seals, tags;
- no foreign odors, including washing powder, perfumes.
3. Please note that claims regarding inconsistency of the model and defect are accepted only if it is found in the Nova Poshta branch. Upon receipt of the parcel, claims regarding these items will not be accepted.
4. Exchange and return takes place at the expense of the buyer (except for our error or defect) by Nova Poshta.
